Summer always means a large consumtion of Hawaiian Tropic bottles for me :-) This sun-tan oil has been my favorite one ever since I was a child and I completely love its scent of coconut….It’s without sun-screen and usually I use sun-screen lotions with SPF 30 for my body and SPF 50 for my face for a couple of times until I get a nice tan, if I don’t use a sun-screen and go for the oil first I will end up with wrinkles when I get older and I rather skip that part… So first high SPF until I get a nice tan and until my skin is used to the sun and then, the rest of the summer I use sun-oil…and IF the sun is strong I protect my skin with a sun-screen cream under my Hawaiian Tropic oil ;-)

Yesterday I went to my friend Vanessa. Had a very nice time at her place, she invited me for tea and her delicious banana-muffins :-) We had lot’s of girltalk and then I also got to see some of her creations, see the photos below. She’s very creative, she’s a painter, she makes jewelleries, accessories etc. Very inspiring :-)
Photo-shoot @ the gallery
March 29th, 2011 § 2
This afternoon I went to Quintessence Playground to take some photos on the owners of the gallery Quintessence Playground and Vanity Lifestyle. The photos were for the reportage that will be published in Elle Déco soon. It was a great experience taking the photos today and I’m happy our assistant was there, we made a great team. I’m looking forward to see one or two of the photos in Elle Déco soon :-)
Canon versus Nikon
March 29th, 2011 § 1
Last evening my Canon G12 just stopped working without any logical reasons :-( It had a never-ending black-out so this morning I went with it for reparation. I will get it back within 2 weeks :-) But since I can’t be without a camera a friend of mine stopped by earlier today with his Nikon Coolpix so that I can continue taking photos for my blog, really nice! It will be fun using and discover this new camera while my own is on rehab ;-)
Friday in Paris
March 18th, 2011 § 0
Friday in a very grey Paris…..I wonder where the sun is? Went for a long walk through the streets in Paris ..even though it was raining a little bit. Also made a quick stop at Sephora, Dior couldn’t find any better “face” for their fragrance Miss Dior. Natalie Portman surely is a stunning beauty :-)
Brrrrrr-cold in Paris
March 7th, 2011 § 0
It has been terribly cold in Paris this weekend. Even my boyfriend, who usually can keep up with the cold, agreed about that last night. I’ve been working both Saturday and Sunday but it was so cold that I got a little bit sick. And I obviously missed the party of the year last night…New York New York…but there are still three days to go of the Fashion-Week and I have plenty of shows and party that awaits…..
Party @ Christophe’s
March 5th, 2011 § 0
On Friday evening me, my boyfriend and Jo were invited to a fashionable party at my friend Christophe‘s. Unfortunately I was totally OOO (Out Of Order) since I had been working for almost 12 hours at the Accessory Tradeshow in Jardin des Tuileries….Had a great time at the party though :-) Had to leave pretty early since I was going to work the day after but before I left I had a piece of a delicious cocoa-nut cake that one of Christophe’s friend Vanessa had made… I loved it!

No camera, no blog
February 10th, 2011 § 2
Bad news! Last night I had a great evening and ended up @ Montana as usual. I was taking photos but when I thought I put back my camera in my bag it must have slipped and this morning I discovered I lost it :-( No one have turned it in at Montana so the person who found it there must be very happy having my camera…with all my photos.
Semla!
February 4th, 2011 § 0
J’adore semlor! A “semla” is a very typical Swedish pastry that you eat during the period after Christmas until Easter. A “semla” is a cardamom-spiced wheat bun filled with almond paste and whipped cream and the cut-off top is dusted with powdered sugar …yummie!
